Terms and conditions

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and that you understand our terms and conditions. Please read the below and if you have any questions,
please email susie@everinghamandwatson.com.

The purchase of products from Everingham and Watson is limited to parties who can legally enter into and form contracts in accordance with Australian law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Everinghamandwatson.com is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% allowance for GST. Everingham and Watson reserve the right to change
our prices at any time.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Goods will be shipped upon full payment being received by us.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets
Layer protocol with an encryption key length that is currently the highest level commercially available.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy with us through PayPal.

For buyers using PayPal for the first time, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means our customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information, creating a PayPal account for future purchases.
The PayPal check out works as follows:

1. Customers enter their name and their shipping address.
2. Customers are prompted for their credit card, email address, and phone number.
3. After reviewing their information, customers may choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster (this step is optional.)

PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who use this checkout even though the customer hasn’t created an account.

If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise to us for a full refund less shipping costs (both ways.)

You must notify us of your intention to return the merchandise (see below methods) within 3 working days of receipt of it and return the goods to us within 10 working days to be eligible. Merchandise that is returned must be unused, unwashed and in it’s original packaging with tags intact. We will not refund outside these terms.

To notify us of your intention to return, please email us at susie@everinghamandwatson.com and state the item and purchase details.
Please indicate whether you would like refund or exchange.

If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping and offer either a replacement or a refund. We cannot, however, accept liability for an item until it has been returned (in it’s original state and packaging) and we have confirmed it as defective. We reserve the right to send back to customers at their cost, returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered.
